The Problem
A single Shopify store was limiting funnel flexibility and capping AOV below the $150 target without the economics of Shopify Plus. The affiliate program needed to scale across multiple audience segments in the EMF niche, and gaps between paid ad tracking and actual conversions were creating attribution blind spots.
The Solution
A dual-platform architecture was built - Shopify for direct commerce, WooCommerce for offer funnels - giving the team maximum flexibility without the cost of Shopify Plus. Klaviyo welcome flows and post-purchase sequences were built from scratch. Everflow was configured with 10+ affiliate offers, partner funnels were built for key audience partners, and Meta CAPI deduplication was implemented to clean up ad attribution.
