The Problem

A documentary film with Coinbase promotion lined up needed an entire launch infrastructure built before a high-traffic launch window opened. The system had to handle projected volumes of 14K-25K magic link deliveries and 1K-5K concurrent viewers at peak - across multiple devices and browsers - with secure digital delivery, international GDPR compliance, and an affiliate program to drive early momentum.

The Solution

A Webflow frontend paired with a Shopify backend gave the marketing site design flexibility without sacrificing commerce capability. CineSend was integrated for secure magic-link film delivery at scale. IPAPI geo-detection handled GDPR compliance automatically for EU visitors. Klaviyo managed transactional confirmation emails, Everflow powered the affiliate program, and Zendesk was configured for launch-day support. Full QA was run across iOS Safari, Android Chrome, Desktop Chrome, Safari, and Firefox.
