The Problem
A documentary studio needed to launch a feature-length film direct-to-consumer - no theatrical release, no streaming platform deal. The entire commercial motion had to run on their own infrastructure, with a Fortune-500 partner layered on top for an exclusive pre-release pricing tier. The stack coming in was half-built: Shopify, Klaviyo, CineSend, and Everflow were all running separately, and nothing spoke to each other.
The Solution

Launch execution ran off a minute-by-minute ops playbook - meta tag rewrites, button copy flips, price swaps, variant renames - with a partner-exclusive landing page, a tier-scoped discount code on a defined expiration window, a Shop Pay tax-handling workaround shipped in 90 minutes when the partner flagged it, and a command center across Slack, Gmail, and phone keeping the partner informed in real time.
